Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-end food for hospitality and fine dining
  • Support the creation of exciting, sustainable, and plant-forward menu concepts
  • Maintain high standards in Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
  • Manage stock-taking, ordering, and kitchen operations efficiently
  • Take charge of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence to ensure smooth service
