Responsibilities
Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-end food for hospitality and fine dining
Support the creation of exciting, sustainable, and plant-forward menu concepts
Maintain high standards in Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
Manage stock-taking, ordering, and kitchen operations efficiently
Take charge of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence to ensure smooth service
