Responsibilities

Provide inspirational leadership and management to the staff team
Ensure compliance with medication policies and procedures
Monitor resident well-being and care plans
Complete monthly audits and reports
Attend clinical meetings and monitor clinical risk areas

Qualifications

Minimum of two years' experience in a similar care environment in a management role
Excellent leadership and management skills
Effective communication skills and IT proficiency
Adaptability and flexibility
