Join Avery Healthcare as a Regional Client Liaison Manager supporting the South division of homes. Make a positive impact on residents' lives every day.

Responsibilities

Act as a temporary Client Liaison Manager for homes without a designated CLM.
Optimize local networking, referral relationships & community engagement with General Managers.
Drive enquiry growth through engagement with key referral sources.
Maintain accurate tracking of all leads and enquiries in CRM and AEMs systems.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials and communication.
Monitor show suites, first impressions, and room pricing to drive occupancy.
Liaise between homes, Senior BDM, and National Sales Director.
Implement new processes to streamline sales and marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar sales role in the Care Home sector.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Problem-solving and customer care skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
