Responsibilities

  • Act as a temporary Client Liaison Manager for homes without a designated CLM.
  • Optimize local networking, referral relationships & community engagement with General Managers.
  • Drive enquiry growth through engagement with key referral sources.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all leads and enquiries in CRM and AEMs systems.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and communication.
  • Monitor show suites, first impressions, and room pricing to drive occupancy.
  • Liaise between homes, Senior BDM, and National Sales Director.
  • Implement new processes to streamline sales and marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar sales role in the Care Home sector.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Problem-solving and customer care skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
