Job Description

CPM is seeking a dynamic National Field Manager to lead a team of Sales Executives working with market-leading brands in the convenience sector across the UK.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of Sales Executives to drive product sales and exceed distribution targets.
Monitor performance against KPIs and implement performance management processes.
Coach and develop team members to achieve results and take ownership of responsibilities.
Own the talent strategy for clients and lead through transformational change.

Qualifications

Prior experience in Field Management, preferably in the convenience sector.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent presentation and influencing abilities.
Full UK driving license.
