Responsibilities

Lead and direct a team of Baristas, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers
Manage back-office processes such as labour, scheduling, recruitment, and stock ordering
Ensure budget goals are met and outstanding results are achieved

Qualifications

Experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager in retail/hospitality
Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
Proven coaching and team development abilities
