Job Description

Join Vitesse as a Learning & Development Partner to drive employee growth and ensure the workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Lead the design, implementation, delivery, and management of comprehensive learning and development programs across the organization.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Identify training needs and develop learning strategies
Create innovative learning programs
Conduct talent assessments and develop succession plans
Build relationships with external training providers
Establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness
Manage the Learning Management System

Qualifications

Requirements:

Experience in learning & development, preferably in Fintech or Insurance
Understanding of fintech trends and required skills
Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM
Proven success in designing effective learning programs
Excellent interpersonal skills
Innovative, strategic, and growth-oriented mindset
