Teach Reward Management and advise students on Undergraduate, Masters, and PhD projects
Engage in high-quality research and publish in leading international journals

Occasionally take on managerial and administrative duties

Qualifications

PhD in relevant subject area
Teaching experience in HRM, International HRM, and/or Reward Management
Publication record in top journals
Excellent communication skills
