Responsibilities

Assist customers via telephone, email, SMS, live chat, or WhatsApp
Assess customer situations to deliver outstanding service
Adhere to contact centre processes and targets

Qualifications

Proven customer service experience
GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent in English
Knowledge of Microsoft applications and web-based platforms
