Job Description

This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of a fitness gym. The General Manager will lead the team in sales and operational processes, ensuring high standards and accountability to various KPIs.

Responsibilities

Represent the gym as an ambassador for fitness
Drive revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary sales
Manage controllable costs and maintain high standards of cleanliness
Lead recruitment, training, and development of team members
Ensure operational processes are completed consistently

Qualifications

Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
1+ year previous management experience in the fitness industry
Strong leadership qualities and positive mindset
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
