Job Description

The Customer Success Manager at Pearson will be responsible for ensuring the success of the largest customers using the Enterprise Learning and Skills products. Building strong relationships, ensuring adoption, and acting as a strategic partner are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Pearson's largest customers
  • Consult and educate customers on best practices
  • Utilize Catalyst for customer tracking and communication
  • Act as a customer advocate by capturing feedback and providing solutions
  • Coordinate with Implementation team for seamless customer handoff
  • Maintain Success & Growth Plans for customers
  • Proactively manage customer risk and drive renewal efforts

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Customer Success role
  • Experience with enterprise-level customers
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to develop customer champions and advocates
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
