Job Description

Join a fast-growing observability platform provider as a Commercial Account Manager. Manage multiple accounts, drive customer success, and expand company's footprint within existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial accounts, develop relationships, and expand company's footprint
  • Develop and maintain active pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly quota objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute complex sales deals
  • Analyze customer business needs and identify strategic partnership opportunities
  • Deliver clear messaging and presentations to communicate platform's value proposition
  • Manage renewal cycle, drive customer adoption, and address potential threats to renewal
  • Educate and enable customers on observability and company's solution

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Account Manager or Customer Success Manager role in SaaS company
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in SaaS industry and ability to work in London office
  • Technical background and experience as Technical Account Manager is an advantage
  • Proven ability to build relationships, prospect new business, and exceed quotas
  • Experience with Log Analytics/Monitoring/APM and Cloud technologies is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
