Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Robotic Arm Operator to assist in our precast concrete production line. The ideal candidate will handle robotic equipment for automated concrete handling and operate a counterbalance forklift truck. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is crucial for maintaining efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic arms for precast concrete manufacturing.
Use a forklift truck to move materials and finished products.
Perform equipment checks, maintenance, and process improvements.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Ensure safety and quality control standards are met.
Load and unload materials at robotic stations.
Record production data and report any issues.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience with industrial robotic arm operation.
Valid counterbalance forklift truck license.
Preferably worked with precast concrete or similar materials.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail, safety-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Physically fit to handle heavy objects in a warehouse environment.
