Job Description

Join Nela London to shape the culture of London's most anticipated restaurant opening at The Whiteley. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to build the people foundations for our team.

Responsibilities

Support full pre-opening HR setup
Create and implement SOPs, policies, and team handbooks
Lead recruitment coordination
Organise and deliver training and induction programmes
Manage payroll, holiday tracking, and employee records
Ensure compliance with employment law and health & safety requirements
Help build a positive culture across departments

Qualifications

Proven HR experience in hospitality or fast-paced environment
CIPD qualified
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes
Experience with launching a restaurant from scratch
Confident communicator with strong organizational skills
