Join our client's dynamic team as an On-Site Support Specialist, ensuring the seamless operation and security of our computer systems.

Responsibilities

  • System Management: Format computers, encrypt systems, and manage software updates.
  • Security: Proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, collaborate with IT security teams.
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site assistance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct mini-workshops.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records and suggest continuous improvements.
  • Hardware & Network: Diagnose hardware issues, configure networks, manage assets, and licenses.
  • Training: Conduct regular training sessions on tech trends and best practices.
  • Emergency Response: Develop protocols for tech emergencies and ensure swift resolution.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with IT departments and enhance cross-departmental tech integration.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications: ITIL V4, Agile methodologies, cybersecurity, and network management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ITSM platforms, cloud services, Windows OS, encryption techniques, and ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and the ability to manage stress and conflicts.
