Job Description

Seeking a Finance Manager to report into the CFO, manage a small team of finance staff, and oversee all reporting for a growing business in London.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Head of Finance and collaborating with senior management
Managing a small finance team
Preparing monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts
Owning the month-end process
Developing finance systems and processes
Being a key contact in the external audit process
Managing VAT and tax processes
Collaborating on cashflow forecasting and budget development
Managing the CIS returns process

Qualifications

Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant or finalist
Experience in month end and Management Accounts
Knowledge of year-end and statutory reporting
Strong systems experience, including Excel and Xero
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
