Job Description

Lead and optimize online trading activities to drive customer conversion and commercial outcomes for a premium bike brand in the UK.

Responsibilities

Own & execute the trading plan to drive revenue, margin & customer acquisition.
Define, develop and execute the online trading calendar in collaboration with Marketing, Category, and Digital teams.
Analyze sales, behavior, and market to optimize the site experience and CVR.
Manage product merchandising, pricing & promotions to maximize sales performance.
Enhance E2E customer journey working with CX, Marketing, and Product teams.
Use testing to optimize engagement, user experience, and incremental value.
Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations using digital KPIs.
Collaborate with CX teams to drive CLTV, retention, and AOV.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital trading or merchandising with a strong track record in delivering commercial results.
Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of customer behavior and conversion funnels.
Experience with e-commerce, analytics & martech platforms.
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for cycling, sports, outdoors, or a relevant adjacent category.
