Join our team at Unite Students as a Student Experience Team Leader to deliver exceptional service to students in purpose-built accommodation. Lead a team, organise events, and create a welcoming community for students.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day activities of the team
Ensure safety and security of the building and students
Train and develop team members
Provide a welcoming reception to students
Organize events for the student community

Qualifications

Ability to delegate tasks effectively
Strong communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
