Job Description

Join us as a Residential Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, where you'll be responsible for leading a team of care staff, administering medication, updating care plans, and providing quality, person-centred care and support to residents.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of care staff, including training and supervision
Administer medication and update care plans
Liaise with GP's, district nursing teams, and resident family members
Create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
Previous experience in a residential care setting
Team leadership skills and ability to make appropriate decisions
