Job Description

Arcus FM is seeking a Regional Account Manager to cover the South West England region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing designated client accounts, budget management, and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Management of regional portfolio services
Developing long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement through facilities function
Assisting in operations strategy execution
Identifying revenue growth opportunities

Qualifications

High-level account management experience in FM sector
Experience managing multi-site commercial building operations
Knowledge of KPIs, financial planning, and contractor management
Relevant qualification in FM, Engineering, or Customer Service
