Job Description

Join our team at East Midlands Railway (EMR) as a Retail Assistant at Lincoln Station. Provide exceptional customer service, maximize revenue income, and maintain a clean and safe retail environment.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Ensure safety of self and others
Offer high-quality ticket retailing and customer care service
Assist customers with travel arrangements and reservations
Communicate information effectively within the station team
Comply with cash regulations and maintain station security
Conduct cleaning duties and maintain station appearance
Assist disabled passengers and conduct security checks
Undertake evacuation warden duties when required
Maintain station safety in all weather conditions

Qualifications

Previous customer-facing experience preferred
Hard-working and customer-focused attitude
Training will be provided
