Neighborly is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and profitability within the Countrywide Grounds Maintenance franchise network. This role involves business coaching, strategy development, training, and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

Provide business coaching to franchise owners
Analyze financial performance and identify growth opportunities
Develop strategies for increased profitability
Monitor and ensure implementation of growth plans
Train franchisees and provide sales support
Collaborate with team members and report to Senior Management

Qualifications

Previous Sales/Business Development experience
Commercial acumen and financial accountability
Excellent problem-solving skills
Full driving license and RTW in the UK required
