Responsibilities

Manage and motivate team to meet targets in health & safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people metrics
Implement continuous improvement in manufacturing environment
Ensure efficient receipt, storage, manufacture, and despatch of materials
Develop people plan and promote effective communication
Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and achieve service levels

Qualifications

Leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain
Strong communication skills and ability to drive improvement
Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands
