Job Description

Join Co-op as a Customer Team Leader at our Dunbar location. You'll lead the store team, provide excellent customer service, and support the Store Manager in various tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and thoughtful customer service daily
Develop team capabilities through coaching and training
Ensure store safety, legality, and operational effectiveness
Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy
Lead new product and service introductions
Build relationships in the local community
