Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to find and hire top talent for Data roles.
Use data to drive hiring decisions and process improvements.
Lead sourcing strategy and delivery of hiring for roles.
Manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize based on business needs.
Drive employer branding strategy and content.

Qualifications

In-house recruitment experience focusing on Data roles.
Experience in tech, high-growth, or scaling environments.
Strong sourcing ability and understanding of data's power in Talent function.
Experience developing employee brand to attract top talent.
