We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and collaborate with marketing to drive growth.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with SMEs, fintechs, PSPs, and FIs
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through to close
Develop and execute outbound strategies (email, calls, LinkedIn, events, referrals)
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, content, and lead funnels
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports in the CRM
Liaise with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client activation
Represent MS Pay at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Provide regular feedback to product and leadership teams on market trends and client needs
Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, currency exchange, or MSB/EMI/PSP models
Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage complex sales cycles
Proficiency with CRM tools, prospecting tools, and data platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
