Join our client, a premier European private debt firm with over ?30 billion AUM, specializing in direct lending and private credit solutions. We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our high-performing Private Credit investment team in London.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and execute private credit investments, including senior and unitranche financings.
Perform detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis, and credit risk assessment.
Conduct due diligence in collaboration with third-party advisors.
Draft investment memorandums, term sheets, and support deal negotiations.
Manage ongoing portfolio monitoring and reviews.
Build relationships with private equity sponsors and management teams.

Qualifications

4-7 years of relevant experience in private credit/direct lending, leveraged finance, or private equity.
Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills.
Proven track record in executing credit transactions and managing due diligence.
Strong academic background; CFA or MBA advantageous.
Excellent communication, detail-oriented, proactive, and team player.
