Job Description

Join DEEP Manufacturing as a HR Manager in a 24/7 production environment. Lead workforce strategy, culture development, and operational readiness at our advanced additive manufacturing facility in Avonmouth.

Responsibilities

Lead the HR/People strategy for transitioning to 24/7 production operations
Design and manage complex shift patterns and oversee contract design
Resolve employee issues, manage grievances, and nurture workplace culture
Implement performance systems and succession plans
Drive engagement through cultural initiatives and support operational transitions
Ensure HR actions meet UK employment law and safety regulations
Lead talent efforts and implement robust onboarding programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR management within a 24/7 manufacturing environment
Excellent knowledge of employment laws and HR systems
Ability to influence senior leadership and work in a fast-paced environment
