Job Description

Join our Retail team at our location in London Neal Street and support as this summer season as a Sales Associate. You will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience and representing our brand values.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and personalized service to customers
Act as a brand ambassador conveying the value and quality of products
Operate cash register system and handle daily transactions
Maintain product presentation according to guidelines
Assist in general storage tasks and replenishing goods

Qualifications

Prior experience in high-quality retail
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Ability to work flexibly between April and September
Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
Passion for the Birkenstock brand and products
