Job Description

Safestyle is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of self-employed Sales Executives. This role involves driving recruitment activities, providing training, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives
Drive recruitment activities for new team members
Provide training, coaching, and development to the sales team
Ensure sales targets are achieved and reports are prepared regularly

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or marketing
Experience in Home Improvements industry preferred
Strong motivational and leadership skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines and exceed targets
