Job Description

Join Janus Henderson as an Investment Specialist and be part of a team dedicated to helping clients achieve superior financial outcomes through disciplined investments and world-class service.

Responsibilities

Support strategic growth of an asset class, region, or client channel.
Drive growth & business planning of pre-agreed products in region/channel.
Understand investment process and macro content to drive growth.
Serve as an asset class expert with technical skills.
Work closely with CPMs and Product Specialists to refine product expertise.
Drive new sales through extensive travel in market.
Conduct client prospecting and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Fluent in at least 2 European languages (Italian, German, Spanish, French preferred).
Business/Commercial Acumen, Executive Presence, Client Skills.
Deep investment knowledge and data assessment skills.
Ability to partner effectively with various teams and adapt to changing environments.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Experience in an international, multi-cultural environment.
