Responsibilities

Gain a comprehensive understanding of Randstad and the division you will operate within
Conduct market research, client visits, and maintain a database of clients and prospects
Source appropriate candidates, conduct registrations, skills assessments, and referencing
Manage candidates by staying in regular contact and providing support during their assignments

Qualifications

Ideally educated to degree level
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
