Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries efficiently, develop product knowledge, escalate issues when necessary, log calls accurately, maintain administration, troubleshoot problems, meet targets, work collaboratively, and continue learning.

Qualifications

Fluency in English is required, additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish are advantageous. Customer service experience, knowledge of operating systems, organizational skills, typing speed of at least 20 wpm, strong communication skills, ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, ability to work under pressure.
