UL Solutions is seeking a Regional Employee Benefits & Solutions Manager to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract as maternity cover. This role has the potential to become permanent.
Reporting to the Global Director of Total Rewards, the Regional Employee Benefits & Solutions Manager is responsible for delivering employee benefit cross-border solutions supporting the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on efficiency and sustained effectiveness.
The Regional Employee Benefits & Solutions Manager handles stakeholder inquiries, resolves issues with employee-centric standards, manages employee data for external providers, and oversees reporting requirements to ensure accurate records and trend analysis.
Executes enterprise employee benefit strategies in collaboration with relevant HR functions, provides both strategic and operational support for business changes, identifies challenges and recommends solutions, and collaborates with leaders to drive One HR Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, and employee engagement strategies.
University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or related discipline, plus 5-7 years of Employee Benefits Regional Leadership or Consulting experience. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, knowledge of HR policies and procedures, customer service principles, and proficiency in additional languages are advantageous.
