Responsibilities

Lead development process from land acquisition to project delivery
Manage financial and legal aspects of projects
Collaborate with internal and external teams
Ensure quality standards and compliance

Qualifications

Degree in Land Management, Planning or related field
Experience in residential development project management
Strong project management and communication skills
Membership or working towards RICS or RPTI
