We are seeking a Roofing Supervisor to oversee on-site teams carrying out commercial roofing, waterproofing, and fa?ade works in London.

Supervise on-site teams carrying out commercial roofing, waterproofing, and fa?ade works.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with health & safety regulations.
Liaise with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and progress reporting.
Carry out quality inspections and ensure work meets the required standards.
Manage site paperwork including daily logs, risk assessments, and permits.

Gold CSCS Card (Essential)
NVQ Level 3 in Roofing or relevant discipline (Essential)
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
First Aid at Work Certification
Fire Marshal Certification
Proven experience in roofing, particularly within commercial waterproofing and fa?ade systems
Previous supervisory experience on similar projects
