Job Description

The Vendor Alliance Lead Associate Director at Novartis is responsible for managing outsourced clinical activities and deliverables for Licensing and Translations.

Responsibilities

Oversee business review meetings with vendors using KPI, KQI, and UVP dashboards
Lead team of Vendor Startup Managers (VSM) for supplier startup activities
Handle escalated global or country-specific vendor issues and identify systemic problems
Provide crucial training and expertise for stakeholders
Lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) management
Drive innovation and improvements within the category

Qualifications

At least 5 years of working experience in clinical operations and vendor management
Excellent knowledge of GxP and ICH regulations
Thorough understanding of Novartis specifications for supplier services
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
