Job Description

Join Silverfort, a leading cyber security startup, as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for EMEA North region. Help retain and grow customer relationships in enterprise accounts by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for Enterprise customers and partners, conduct check-ins, onboard new customers, develop strategic account plans, identify expansion opportunities, analyze key metrics for retention, and act as customer advocate within Silverfort.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Post Sales/Customer Success/Solution Architecture, strong technical aptitude in cybersecurity/identity, ability to build executive relationships, excellent communication skills, strategic thinker, and knowledge in Networking and Information Security.
