Job Description

Join our production team as a Team Leader, supporting and monitoring production requirements to contribute to company growth. Work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Responsibilities

Be ready at the start of shift to carry out specified checks accurately and timely
Ensure orders are produced and packed according to customer specifications
Record information accurately on appropriate sheets
Quickly report anomalies to Production Manager
Understand changes in product and customer specifications
Support Production Manager in achieving set targets
Complete SOP training with operatives

Qualifications

Basic understanding of Production and Customer Specifications
Previous supervisory experience in a Production environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Effective communication skills
Experience in accurate record keeping
Excellent written and verbal English
