Seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of four live construction projects across the Midlands, primarily within the public sector.
Oversee the delivery of 4 concurrent projects across the Northampton to Leamington Spa corridor
Lead and manage site-based teams and project managers
Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all H&S, quality, and programme requirements
Manage commercial performance with the support of a QS team
Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within a main contracting environment
Strong background in delivering public sector projects (education, healthcare, civic buildings, etc.)
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
Tier 1 main contractor background is highly advantageous
Ideally based near Daventry or within commutable distance to cover sites between Northampton and Leamington Spa
