Join our team at Thoresby Hall, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 221-bedroom hotel features original architecture, a Great Hall with deep armchairs, and overlooks acres of classic parkland. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join us at Warner Hotels.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service. Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment. Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques. Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets. Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback.
A Sous Chef who understands the importance of working in a branded environment. Ability to create a culture of support and actively encourages teamwork. Good financial knowledge with the ability to manage costs in line with the department's budget.
