Job Description

Devoteam is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to lead the implementation and management of DevOps strategies for our clients. This role involves proposing and evaluating technology solutions, delivering architecture designs, and supporting the growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the roadmap for DevOps implementation
  • Advise clients on DevOps strategies
  • Propose technology solutions and lead their implementation
  • Supervise architecture and infrastructure design activities
  • Deliver high-level designs using industry standard methodologies
  • Work effectively with development teams and 3rd parties
  • Support organizational growth

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Java or Python scripting
  • Knowledge of Software Delivery Lifecycle Process and Business Process Modelling
  • Experience with containerization technologies and collaboration tools
  • Proficiency in cloud providers and services
  • Exposure to CI/CD techniques and tools
  • Knowledge of infrastructure provisioning and observability tools
  • Understanding of networking concepts
