Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer interactions across various touchpoints and channels.

Roll out Service Standards Training across all customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent level industry experience in a senior customer service/experience role.

Experience with customer service software and tools.

Ability to deliver customer success/engagement coaching and training.
