Job Description

Full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of a fitness gym. Leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a focus on achieving KPIs consistently.

Responsibilities

Represent the gym as an ambassador for fitness
Drive revenue lines from membership sales to overall profitability
Manage controllable costs effectively
Lead and train team members
Ensure operational processes are completed consistently

Qualifications

Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
1+ year previous management experience in the fitness industry
Strong leadership qualities
Positive, solutions-driven mindset
Driven and ambitious attitude
