Job Description

Lead the delivery of high-quality HR operations, staff performance, wellbeing, retention, and development at Hope Homecare.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and document staff appraisals and supervisions
  • Track development goals and training
  • Maintain bonus tracker and issue monthly letters
  • Oversee HR admin, onboarding, and DBS checks
  • Lead Employee of the Month programme and staff morale initiatives
  • Manage internal HR communications and exit interviews
  • Handle grievances, disciplinaries, and leave requests
  • Regularly audit staff files and HR records

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' HR experience
  • Strong understanding of UK HR law
  • Experience in health and social care
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and analyse staff trends
