Job Description

Lead the delivery of high-quality HR operations, staff performance, wellbeing, retention, and development at Hope Homecare.

Responsibilities

Lead and document staff appraisals and supervisions
Track development goals and training
Maintain bonus tracker and issue monthly letters
Oversee HR admin, onboarding, and DBS checks
Lead Employee of the Month programme and staff morale initiatives
Manage internal HR communications and exit interviews
Handle grievances, disciplinaries, and leave requests
Regularly audit staff files and HR records

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' HR experience
Strong understanding of UK HR law
Experience in health and social care
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and analyse staff trends
