Exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to join a leading travel organisation in Chester. This role involves managing the HR function across the employee lifecycle and contributing to various projects within the business.
Manage and develop the HR function across the whole employee lifecycle.
Contribute to developing and executing organisational and people initiatives/projects.
Manage employee relations casework.
Work closely with line managers on policies and procedures.
Keep up to date with changes in employment law/legislation.
Develop recruitment strategy and manage HR Coordinator.
Oversee health and safety, data protection, and more.
Previous HR Management experience.
Knowledge of Employment Law and Legislation.
Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Strong communication and administrative skills.
CIPD Level 5 Qualified or equivalent experience.
