Job Description

Arco is looking for a Branch Manager to lead the team at our safety store in Basildon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving change, managing sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Accountable for Health and Safety, cash, stock, security, and maintenance
Coordinating sales activities and new business accounts
Managing customer accounts and contact strategy
Supporting sales campaigns through various activities
People management of Branch colleagues
Executing Marketing activity plan
Delivering Hire and Vending proposition
Building relationships with customers and stakeholders
Managing cost base and audit compliance

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales
Management experience
Understanding of excellent customer service
Retail experience
Strong IT skills
Driving licence preferred
Knowledge of market and competition
Understanding of Health & Safety procedures
