Job Description

Join West Midlands Police as a Strategic Business Partner for Corporate Asset Management. Help drive and support organizational change while maintaining a suitable working environment to support day-to-day operational business.

Responsibilities

Act as the strategic interface between Corporate Asset Management and all organizational stakeholders
Provide strategic CAM consultancy to support the development and delivery of the Force Operating Model
Build strong relationships with senior leaders across the Force and external agencies
Establish and maintain policies and standards for CAM assets

Qualifications

Proven management experience at a strategic level
Effective communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving and risk mitigation skills
Recognized business qualification to degree level
