Responsibilities

  • Promote the aims and ethos of the QACs Community Services in all aspects of work
  • Understand and respect individual client's rights, choices, personal dignity, privacy, and aspirations
  • Support clients in various activities to maximize their independence
  • Provide assistance with daily living tasks and appointments
  • Encourage integration and inclusion into the wider social community
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients
  • Maintain effective record systems and contribute positively to team work

Qualifications

  • Car Owner (Essential)
  • Level 2 in English and maths
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
  • Good IT skills and written communication
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Flexible, reliable, and pro-active
  • Methodical approach to managing workloads
