Responsibilities

Promote the aims and ethos of the QACs Community Services in all aspects of work
Understand and respect individual client's rights, choices, personal dignity, privacy, and aspirations
Support clients in various activities to maximize their independence
Provide assistance with daily living tasks and appointments
Encourage integration and inclusion into the wider social community
Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients
Maintain effective record systems and contribute positively to team work

Qualifications

Car Owner (Essential)
Level 2 in English and maths
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
Good IT skills and written communication
Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
Flexible, reliable, and pro-active
Methodical approach to managing workloads
