Job Description

Lead the growth and development of business within a defined customer base, ensuring accurate forecast management and a growth mindset to deliver against business objectives.

Responsibilities

P+L responsibility for a defined account or portfolio of accounts.
Creation and agreement of Customer Joint Business Plans.
Evaluate promotional performance and maximize effectiveness.
Develop and implement strong customer plans including instore and online activation.
Communicate performance internally and externally.
Develop and agree annual joint business plans with the customer.
Meet budgeted commercial KPI's in line with annual budgets.

Qualifications

Strong commercial acumen.
Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships internally and externally.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
