Responsibilities

  • Set up or streamline tools for accounts payable, expense management, and travel booking
  • Research and implement solutions for employee benefits, business insurance, and small business accounts
  • Set up automations and workflows to reduce manual admin tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in operations, finance admin, or executive/virtual assistant roles
  • Familiarity with tools like Moss, Pleo, Payhawk, and Travel Perk
  • Ability to research and implement new SaaS tools
